IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Registration forms are for the conference and special events only. Hotel reservations and travel arrangements must be made separately. To help you, please visit our our Hotel page and Transportation page.
Payment must accompany your registration. You may register and pay on-line through our PayPal account. Otherwise, please print out your registration and forward it to us with your check, money order, or organization’s purchase order. Note that receipt of registration and payment/purchase order must be received within the timeframes given to qualify for early bird or regular registration rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations for registrations will be accepted through April 15th. After that date, refunds of registration costs will be made less a $50 processing fee until May 4th. There will be no refunds after May 4th, although a substitute may be sent in your place.
