PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Finding the Meaning of My Work
Take a Moment to Reflect…Finding the Meaning in My Work
With all the chaos, change and challenge our ever-changing world promises, it’s more important than ever to ground ourselves by reflecting upon the meaning of our work. For every meeting we attend, every fire we put out, there must be a moment of reckoning – when we see the greater picture and know how we fit in. This session will help you see more clearly why you do this work. It will help you re-focus on your mission and identify areas in your position that bring you joy and meaning to your life. You will leave this session refreshed and renewed with a plan to help you more intentionally align your work with your values.
