PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Communication Dynamics

Human Resource professionals use communication skills on a daily basis, whether they are recruiting, interviewing, counseling, disciplining, or advising.

This interactive program will explore four social domains that influence individual perceptions of communication. Participants will experience, reflect on, and discuss:  personal style, gender considerations, generational differences, and cultural patterns.  Through this exploration, program participants will be introduced to an interpersonal communication framework that can be applied to their interactions with the diverse employees in today’s workforce.
