Dr. Buccini is a management consultant and professor of management. He was formerly the Dean of the Ancell School of Business, Chairman of the Management Department, and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Connecticut State University.
Dr. Buccini specializes in the areas of executive leadership and human resource management. He assists organizations in becoming more effective by aligning executives around the strategic imperatives of their business. He has developed succession plans, conducted executive teambuilding and instituted performance management systems, all of which resulted in organizational success. Dr. Buccini increases effectiveness of executives by executive coaching, executive retreats, executive alignment, and management development.
His education background includes a Ph.D. from New York University, an MBA from Pace University, as well as certificates from Harvard University and Cornell University.
